Operation Christmas Child Shoeboxes

 

Shoe boxes packed with gifts are sent around the world to children

who would not otherwise receive a gift.

Boxes and information available in Highbridge Hall after the service

29th September -10th November.

Please pack a shoebox or contribute items towards a shoebox.

To pack a shoebox

Use a medium size shoebox (available from church if required)

Decide if your gift is for a boy or girl and the age category

Fill your shoebox with a variety of suitable new gifts: see below for ideas

Gift Ideas

Toys: doll, cuddly toy, car, skipping rope, yoyo, ball, puzzle etc

School supplies: pens, colouring pencils, stamp and ink pad, notepads, picture books, solar calculators

 

Hygiene Items: toothbrush, toothpaste, wrapped soap, flannel, comb & brush

 

Other items: hat, hair accessories, wind up torch, sweets

Return boxes to church by 10th November with £5 towards shipping if possible

I will collect the money and pay the shipping online

If you cannot pack a full box please bring gift contributions to church and we will pack some communal boxes, or you can make a donation to the shipping costs
